Futures Smart Money

See where the flow is going across BitPerp perpetuals. For every top market we measure aggressive buyer vs seller volume — who is hitting the book — alongside open interest, funding and 24h move, so you can read the crowd at a glance.

How to read it: the bar shows the share of taker (market-order) volume that was aggressive buying (green) vs aggressive selling (red) over the recent tape. A high green share = buyers lifting offers; high red = sellers hitting bids. Combine with funding (positive = longs paying) and open interest to judge whether a move has real conviction behind it. Flow is not a signal to trade — perpetual futures carry high risk.

What is Futures Smart Money?

Futures Smart Money is a live read of order flow across BitPerp perpetual futures. For each of the highest-volume markets we split taker (market-order) volume into aggressive buying versus aggressive selling, so you can see who is actually hitting the book right now — not just the last price. The green share of each bar is buyers lifting offers; the red share is sellers hitting bids.

How to read buyer vs seller volume

A high green share means aggressive buyers are in control and demand is lifting the market; a high red share means sellers are pressing. Read it together with open interest (how much positioning is open) and the funding rate (positive means longs are paying shorts, a sign the crowd leans long). When price rises on rising open interest and buy-dominant flow, a move has conviction behind it; when it rises on falling open interest, it is more likely short covering.
